About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Client Care Specialist to join our dedicated team at Boston West Veterinary Emergency & Specialty in Natick, MA.

As a Client Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our emergency department while welcoming and assisting our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Support: Educate and support clients and referring veterinarians about our comprehensive services and provide compassionate support over the phone and in person.
  • Appointment Coordination: Assist clients in scheduling appointments at our multi-specialist hospital, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Communication Expertise: Handle reminder and follow-up communications with finesse, utilizing both phone and email to keep clients informed and engaged.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately update and maintain client/pet records and files, ensuring a meticulous approach to detail.
