Overview

Coordinate local office marketing programs with a wide range of objectives, including lead generation, doctor and community referral building, promotion execution and brand awareness. You will ensure the Image Specialty Partners brand story and point of difference is communicated through thoughtful, custom content aimed at key local office marketing targets. The ideal candidate is creative, motivated, organized, and passionate about superior health care, patient experience and flawless marketing execution.

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with local office managers to understand market dynamics and key lead and referral targets.
  • Work with the VP, Brand Marketing to create customized marketing collateral and resources to meet the strategic needs of the different practice locations.
  • Marketing collaboration and ownership for practices in the Sacramento area, Santa Rosa, Napa, Fairfield and the Fresno area. Will require regular visits to these locations.
  • Execute text, email and other external marketing campaigns aimed at driving lead generation and prospective customer engagement, and cultivating new markets and target leads.
  • Work with the local offices to create and curate social media content and maintain social media calendar.
  • Track field marketing and promotional programs and ensure office managers are executing programs with excellence and that programs are delivering on KPI’s.
  • Develop branded merchandise & business collateral materials, execute ordering & delivery. Maintain merchandise inventory & business material production portal. Facilitate reviews of materials with marketing team and proofreader.
  • Contribute to customer advocacy programs, including identifying and leveraging power users in social media and marketing to tell the brand story.
  • Support regular communication with the practice manager team regarding marketing programs.
  • Organize and manage marketing programs leveraging project management principles and methodologies.

Qualification Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years’ experience in marketing and/or administrative; experience in dental, orthodontics or medical field a plus, but not required.
  • Going Above & Beyond + Execution: You love what you do and you get things done. You are accountable for your projects and supporting your cross functional partners. This is not a position for someone who delegates to others.
  • Team Work & Interpersonal skills: You have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people at all levels. You are a team player.
  • Efficiency: You like to get things done, and get them done efficiently: You must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, deadline-oriented, organized, resourceful, and have the ability to coordinate projects from start to finish.

  • Written communication: You have strong writing skils with the ability to articulate the brand value propositions to different audiences and in a variety of formats
  • Computer skills: Canva, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, CRM, Instagram, Facebook, TikTo, Google, Email Mgmt, Social Media Content Manager (such as Publr)
  • Flexible: You adapt well to changes in strategic direction or requirements of the business landscape.
