Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the overall revenue and operational aspects of the market, including tool rental, merchandise sales, inventory control, shipping and receiving, administrative and financial operations, safety, and merchandising.
  • Ensure all stores within the designated market are compliant with company policies and procedures.
  • Coach, develop, and supervise store managers and other field support positions.
  • Partner with district managers to achieve market budgets and develop market strategies.
  • Collaborate with store managers to optimize inventory management, store audits, and process improvement.
  • Work closely with HR Business Partners to address recruiting needs within the market.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive store performance, including sales, rental revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Provide excellent customer service, establishing relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
  • Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement in both the store and the company.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or High School Diploma with 5 years of experience in a similar role managing a store's P&L at continued success.
  • Outstanding skills in customer service, suggestive selling, financial acumen, inventory control, problem-solving, and communication.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions and deal with problems and make informed suggestions.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Computer proficiency required, with experience in Outlook, Word, Excel, and basic database operations.
