Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our dental practices and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Program Development
    • Collaborate with our dental practice managers to understand market dynamics and identify key lead and referral targets.
    • Develop and execute customized marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and prospective customer engagement.
  • Brand Management
    • Work with our brand marketing team to create and maintain a consistent brand image and messaging across all marketing channels.
    • Develop and implement brand awareness strategies to enhance our reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Marketing Operations
    • Manage and execute marketing programs, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing.
    • Track and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our dental practice managers and marketing team to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs.
    • Provide marketing support and guidance to our dental practice teams to enhance their marketing efforts.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in marketing and/or administrative roles, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Skills
    • Strong marketing skills, including campaign development, execution, and analysis.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
    • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media management platforms and email marketing software.
