Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales and Sponsorship Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating revenue through advertising sales and sponsorship opportunities for 


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, agencies, and organizations to identify advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Prospect and cold call potential clients to introduce our advertising and sponsorship packages.
  • Customize advertising and sponsorship proposals to meet the specific needs and objectives of clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals on a consistent basis.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.


Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in media, advertising, or broadcasting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
