We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who has the desire to learn, can quickly understand the business, and can manage their capacity to get the job done. Role Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines and align with campaign goals.
  • Assist in creating and promoting visual branding elements for various marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, digital ads, website landing pages, print ads, brochures, and mailers).

Internal and External Communication

  • Prepare emails to internal and external points of contact in response to questions or to provide clarification on an ongoing project.
  • Monitor marketing industry news and provide updates on emerging trends to stakeholders during weekly meetings.
  • Develop various types of content to internal and external audiences and support the marketing team on a variety of projects and campaigns.

Social Media

  • Manage our social media platforms on LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and starting on TikTok.
  • Create a social media content calendar for our various platforms.
  • Be a community manager for all comments on social platforms and create weekly reports on performance.

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; developing schedules and assignments; coordinating mailing lists.
  • Keep promotional materials ready for upcoming shows or ad runs; inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt. This includes all visual elements for digital and print runs as well as company branded swag.
Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and social media scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
  • A background in the payment industry is a plus.
