Job Summary:
Keffer Kia is seeking a dedicated and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Mooresville, North Carolina. This is a full-time, commission-only position in the auto industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining relationships with our customers. This is an individual contributor role, so the successful candidate must be able to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Sales Representative position at Keffer Kia offers a competitive commission-based compensation structure. In addition, employees are eligible for benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and a retirement savings plan.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
- Generate sales by actively prospecting and following up on leads
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Participate in product knowledge training and keep up-to-date with new releases and features
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to needs and addressing any concerns
- Work closely with the sales team to support dealership-wide goals and initiatives
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, follow up with customers, and document sales activities
- Stay up-to-date on the industry and market trends to anticipate customer needs and preferences
- Attend networking events and establish professional relationships to promote the dealership's services and products
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to uphold the dealership's image and reputation
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent 
- Previous sales experience in the auto industry is a plus
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
