We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. If you have prior customer service experience, great communication skills, and a passion for helping others, apply today

Success measured and bonus structure tied to appointments being booked. The more effort put in will output more bonus money.

Compensation:

$19 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers’ schedules organized and grow our caseload
  • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner
  • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files

  • Quickly assess the need the potential client has for our services.
  • Move through the call efficiently while adhering to a workflow.
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer and data entry skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Possesses outstanding communication skills and sense of empathy
  • Previous legal experience highly valued
  • Skilled with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
