Earnest is looking for an Infrastructure Operations Lead to own and drive our internal IT Infrastructure projects and oversee our 3rdparty partner relations and the internal the Help Desk Lead. The ideal candidate is someone with experience working in and leading the operations of an IT Infrastructure Team. You will work directly with our IT team, and 3rdparty partners to manage multiple and continual infrastructure projects and improvements, including physical and virtual infrastructure projects across several physical sites and the Microsoft Cloud.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage a growing infrastructure Team focused on the Microsoft Technology stack

  • Proactively manage secondary vendor relationships.

  • Manage our Help Desk Lead and help coach/mentor all IT Team members

  • Autonomy to recommend and design solutions to solve business problems

  • Work closely with the IT Director to execute projects and improvements that support Leadership goals and company objectives.

  • Conduct training sessions with internal users on our systems and updates.

  • Proactively document changes to systems and processes.

  • Continually improve our Infrastructure processes and services.

What you’ll bring :

  • Effective working autonomously and within a team.
  • Experience as a Senior level technician or in a similar Infrastructure Engineering/Operations role.
  • Technical experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange Online and Outlook, SharePoint, and MS Teams. Azure, Entra ID and assorted Microsoft Administration consoles. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and Sales Enterprise (CRM) a plus.
  • We don’t expect you to bring high experience in all above, but the more the better
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment, comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoys an environment of active growth and change.
  • A healthy curiosity, willing to dive in and figure things out, try, fail, and learn.
