The ideal candidate will have industrial flow control experience and will be responsible for managing customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Order Management: Accurately enter, process, and manage customer orders in the system.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support.
• Technical Assistance: Utilize technical industrial knowledge to assist customers with product information and troubleshooting.
• Communication: Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, sales teams, and other departments.
• Documentation: Ensure all order-related documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve order discrepancies and customer complaints promptly.
• Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Qualifications
•Experience: Previous experience in order processing, customer service, or a related field. Industrial Flow Control experience preferred.
•Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training is a plus.
•Skills:
oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
oProficiency in order processing systems and software.
oExcellent problem-solving abilities.
oAttention to detail and accuracy.
oAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
