We are searching for an exceptional Kitchen Manager to join our team and lead our back-of-house operations with passion and precision for a brew pub environment offering an elevated menu.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and direction to kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Oversee purchasing, inventory management, and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost control
  • Develop and implement kitchen schedules to meet operational needs while maximizing staff efficiency
  • Optimize kitchen flow and layout to enhance productivity and minimize wait times
  • Think on your feet to address unforeseen challenges and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
  • Inspire and motivate kitchen staff to deliver consistently high-quality dishes and exceptional service
  • Utilize your business acumen to control costs and maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality
  • Experience in launching new restaurants and building new teams is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
  • Demonstrated experience in kitchen management, including purchasing, inventory management, and scheduling
  • Business acumen and financial management skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Passion for food and hospitality
