Join our expanding team as the Salon Suite Facility and Site Manager at The Dale Modern Day Spa in Scottsdale Seeking a seasoned property and facility management professional with exceptional customer service skills.


Location: Vibrant office near Pima and Via Ventura in beautiful Scottsdale, managing properties like The Dale.


Work Hours: Full-time position with benefits, Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with occasional after-hours on-call duties.


Job Description: Help business owner tenants thrive within The Dale, a premier boutique offering luxurious salon suites. - Responsibilities: 3/4 office work, highly administrative, 1/4 field work checking properties and showing potential tenants. At The Dale Modern Day Spa, we provide salon professionals with upscale, private salon suites to customize according to their needs. Our fixed weekly rent rate includes utilities, WiFi, laundry facilities, and more, offering a perfect platform for professional growth. Excited about this opportunity? Compensation:

$60,000 to $65,000

Responsibilities:
  • Represent ownership with pride and professionalism, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new business owner tenants, managing move-ins and move-outs efficiently.
  • Maintain strong communication with tenants through emails, phone calls, and text platforms, handling scheduling and invoicing with care.
  • Focus on creating an exceptional guest experience, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and support various operational aspects such as move-ins, move-outs, repairs, tours, cleaning crews, and events to keep the facility running smoothly.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks, inspecting buildings, attending to owners' suites, and ensuring properties are impeccably maintained.
  • Manage supply stocking and basic inventory management to ensure consistent availability and distribution of supplies.
  • Collaborate effectively with office staff and ownership, contributing as a dedicated team member.
  • Give tours of the facilities to potential tenants, highlighting the property's unique features and benefits.
  • Supervise cleaning crews, addressing any facility-related concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks and projects.
  • Investigate and resolve property complaints and rental violations professionally and efficiently.
  • Cultivate a positive company image and promote a welcoming culture across all locations.
  • Provide regular property performance reports to property owners to keep them informed and updated.
Qualifications:

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal (phone) and written (email)
  • Must be quick on a computer and experienced with Excel and can figure out most computer softwares. 
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Must have the ability to take responsibility, take charge, and see things through to completion
  • Proficiency in working independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • A knack for critical thinking and creative problem-solving
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license (Mileage reimbursement)
