Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating and upholding nursing objectives, standards of nursing practice, nursing policies and procedures, and methods for coordinating nursing services with other guest services.
- Oversee clinical programs as assigned (e.g., Staff Development Program, Infection Control Program, etc.) and maintain all tracking and reporting systems for these programs.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license, or hold a compact RN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as an RN.
- Must be knowledgeable about nursing/medical practices and procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines relevant to SNF/Rehab Care.
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing leadership experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in Critical Care or SNF is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are essential.
