Overview:
Responsible for driving the development, strategy, and lifecycle management of our Kitchen appliance product lines. Close collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and manufacturing to ensure the successful launch and ongoing success of our appliances in the market.
Responsibilities:
Market Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor offerings in the Kitchen appliance industry.
- Use insights to inform product strategy and roadmap.
Roadmap Planning:
- Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that aligns with business goals and market opportunities.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and resource constraints.
Product Development:
- Initiate new product development based on roadmap planning.
- Lead cross-functional-teams engineering and design teams to define product requirements, user stories, and specifications.
- Prepare Business Case, including revenues, quantities, selling point, profitability, investment, ROI.
- Drive the development process from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Launch and Go-to-Market:
- Develop go-to-market strategies and plans for new product launches.
- Partner with marketing and sales teams to drive awareness, demand generation, and sales enablement activities.
Performance Monitoring:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of appliance products.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in product management in the Kitchen appliance Industry.
- Strong understanding of Kitchen appliance products, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Passion for innovation, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
