As an Account Executive, you will offer a suite of services to businesses of all sizes in your area with the potential to cover any territory across the United States. This includes payment processing, Point-of-Sales (POS), and Banking as a Service. We are a thriving organization and there is room for you to grow your career with us.

This role requires a strong business acumen along with the self-discipline to sell from our office or assigned territory. If you're interested in growing your career in consultative sales with a knack for offering our merchant services and solutions to B2B accounts (think restaurants, retail, salons and more) then let's talk

Who You Are

  • Experienced: Proven track record of B2B outside sales. Merchant Services Industry experience is a plus
  • Competitive Team Player: motivated by working with other high performers and crave the challenge of closing deals. Love leading the charge and winning incentives
  • Entrepreneurial: you thrive working independently while being supported in a collaborative team environment
  • Intrinsically Motivated : advanced presentation, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. You are a go-getter

  • Tech Savvy: proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software

What You Will Do?

  • Prospect and generate leads within your local community and beyond by walking into or calling businesses and setting appointments with decision makers.
  • Close deals and genuinely advocate for businesses by providing business owners with the resources and tools they need to simplify operations, reduce costs, and streamline payments
  • Develop new client relationships through active prospecting and referral partnerships by being the local authority on ethical merchant services
  • Deliver solution driven presentations to business partners
  • Educate business partners on the merchant services industry
  • Organize your day and week around competing demands
  • Meet or exceed expected monthly and quarterly sales key performance indicators
  • Deliver outstanding customer service. You are a true advocate for these businesses, their success is your success

This is a hybrid office and field sales opportunity, with no territory restrictions on selling. We expect progress, but we want you to have a healthy work/life balance.

Must Haves:

  • 0-1+ year of B2B, C2C AND F2F Sales experience
  • You're the face of our Company, so be prepared to bring your best self
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate passion for sales 
  • Communication is key, keeping in regular touch with your leaders and peers is a must

*On-Target Earnings for this position is from $30,000 to $50,000 depending on performance and merchant processing volumes.
