Job Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Product Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to join our growing B2B SaaS marketing team. In this role, you’ll lead the product marketing efforts while collaborating across marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies that drive growth. This is an exciting opportunity to own key initiatives and wear multiple hats in a variety of marketing disciplines beyond product marketing. Responsibilities

Message & Positioning

  • Lead product positioning and messaging to differentiate our B2B SaaS solutions in the market.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning that communicate the value of our products throughout our customer segments.
  • Ensure product messaging is reflected across owned properties, including the website and social media.
  • Work with the sales team to ensure they have the tools and knowledge to sell our products effectively.
  • Work closely with the demand generation team to develop campaigns that effectively promote products and engage potential customers.

Go-to-Market & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, acquisitions, and product updates that reflect the product’s features, benefits, and differentiators. Define product launch plans, including sales enablement materials, competitive analysis, and product demos.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team across channels and optimize conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to refine positioning and identify growth opportunities.

Website Content Management

  • Explore new strategies for targeting additional market segments with additional website content
  • Write, edit, and deploy product and industry-level content for the RapidWorks website on HubSpot.
  • Work with designers and technical project personnel to create any required graphics or assets for web pages.
  • Monitor website performance and make recommendations to improve website engagement based on industry best practices.

 

Skills & Qualifications

 

●     Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

●     3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on product marketing.

●     Proven ability to create compelling product messaging and launch go-to-market strategies.

●     Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

●     Ability to thrive in a small team environment and be adaptable in taking on new challenges.

●     Experience building relationships with sales to understand their needs and partner with them to achieve shared company goals and sales targets.

●     Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

●     Strong writer who is able to distill complicated information into necessary details
