Community Relations Coordinator

Spring Arbor of Salisbury Cottage in Midlothian, VA is seeking a Community Relations Coordinator (CRC). This sales support role is responsible for supporting the comprehensive marketing plan within the company budget and guidelines. The CRC will support the SMD in meeting or exceeding the community’s monthly and quarterly census and revenue goals. Primary responsibilities include coordinating the move-in process for new residents, acting as a liaison between new/incoming residents and Spring Arbor department managers and ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete per state and Spring Arbor requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate all aspects of move-ins including, scheduling assessments, ensuring room readiness, move in paperwork per state guidelines, new resident welcome process, furniture details, and all communication with responsible parties and team members involved.
- Prepare marketing packets and collateral for referrals and prospects and maintain stock.
- Support the SMD in giving presentations to prospective residents and families, ensuring that presentations are pre-planned and executed to company standards, when necessary.
- Support the SMD in meeting the community’s move-in and census goals each month by achieving monthly sales metrics including, phone calls to prospects, community presentations, and monthly lead conversion ratios, with timely CRM documentation.
- Support the community’s event strategy by assisting in planning and attending community events and developing positive community relations.
- Support the community’s execution of marketing strategies to include lead gen, business development, relationship building, events and campaigns, staying within community budgets.
- Support the SMD in creating and maintaining a positive sales culture throughout the community.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or service environment preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Proven track record of providing excellent customer service
- Detail oriented, organized and motivated; with the ability to multitask, influence and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of sales tracking software and proficient in Microsoft Office with proven ability to learn systems
