We are dedicated to fostering strong community partnerships and hosting impactful fundraising events. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Community Relations Assistant to enhance our community engagement initiatives and drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing community engagement strategies and events.
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
- Promote and market fundraising events through various channels to maximize outreach and participation.
- Represent the company at community meetings, events, and activities, acting as a key liaison.
- Collaborate with the event planning team to ensure the successful execution of events.
- Track and report on community engagement activities and their outcomes to measure success.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to community partners and event participants.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community outreach and creating a positive impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in event planning or community relations is a plus.
