Responsibilities
  • Follow food safety guidelines for cooking, cooling & storage

Requirements
  • Minimum age 21 or older, based on state and local requirement
  • Available to work weekend, nights and holiday shifts
  • Ability to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, spec charts in English
  • Able to competently operate the grill, fryers, oven and other kitchen equipment
  • Continuous standing, bending and lifting up to 60 pounds
  • Exposure to heat of equipment and kitchen environment
