Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and food safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards.
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely manner, meeting the needs of our patients and staff.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest food safety and preparation techniques.
- Two (2) years of experience in food service, preferably in a commercial or institutional setting.
- Knowledge of therapeutic diets and food allergies.
- County-specific Food Handlers certification required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
