Job Responsibilities
• Greet customers and provide expert advice on Verizon Wireless products and services
• Explain the features, benefits, and pricing of the products and services
• Assist customers in selecting the most appropriate cellular plan and phone
• Update customers on the latest news and promotions in the cellular industry
• Demonstrate the features and benefits of products and services
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer loyalty
Job Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must possess strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
