You'll be responsible for developing and implementing your own initiatives and aggressive sales strategies to grow your sales territory. Compensation:

$144,800 per year at plan

Responsibilities:
  • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products or services
  • Keep company abreast of new business development opportunities, account status, potential customers, customer needs, and competitive issues using CRM
  • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
  • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory
  • Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events
  • Conduct neighborhood canvassing and engage homeowners in face-to-face discussions about the benefits of solar energy.
  • Schedule appointments for homeowners to meet with our expert team for a complimentary solar quote.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred
  • You will need 3-5 years of inside or outside sales experience
  • Experience using a CRM is preferred
  • Applicant must have strong customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Possess reliable transportation for daily travel to local markets.
  • Prior experience in door-to-door sales is preferred but not required
  • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
