We are seeking independent consultants to work alongside our internal Sales team. You will play a key role in generating revenue results through partnering with educational decision-makers to uncover district needs and match our products to district requirements, ultimately supporting student outcomes. Our School Partnership Sales Consultants will have a unique territory and manage the full sales process for schools and small to mid-sized districts, from initial contact to close for outbound prospecting and inbound leads. This is a remote-based contract role. Occasional local travel may be required to strategic meetings and conferences.
If you are client-centric with an ability to build trust and rapport with educators combined with the ability to listen, understand, and align 3P’s value propositions to those needs, then we welcome a conversation.
Requirements:
- Independent contractor with previous inside sales success with supplemental K-12 software solutions focused on Math and Literacy. You will be compensated based on a 100% commission model based on sales results. No base salary will be provided for this contract.
- Sales focused with a clear understanding of the needs and challenges of teachers and educators in the K-12 sector.
- Understanding of and focus on key metrics in this quota-driven role that result in sales success.
- Competent and tenaciously focused on prospecting and establishing new business relationships.
- Attention to detail, highly organized with a process driven mindset.
- Strong technical and systems understanding. Working knowledge of Sales tools such as Salesforce is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong problem-solving skills.
