Minimum qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in an Account Executive (or equivalent) role within the IT industry of SaaS or Professional Services
  • 2+ years experience working with ServiceNow Waltham Digital Sales team
  • Excellent understanding of ServiceNow Platform and Capabilities including; ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, CSM, App Engine, and Integration Hub is required
  • Solid understanding of ServiceNow Platform and Capabilities including; FSM, IRM, SecOps, and HRSD is desired
  • Experience achieving sales targets
  • Demonstrated ability to close with C-Level executives
  • Ability to work in a matrixed support organization using multiple virtual specialists
  • Executive-level relationship management and closing experience
  • Ability to provide transparency to sales process with excellent CRM hygiene
  • Ability to mentor junior level sales personnel
  • Home base on the east coast is required

Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and inbound lead follow-up, emails, social selling, and text
  • Mentor SDR and Sales Executive personnel
  • Follow-up with SDRs and Sales Engineers to take opportunities to further steps including discovery meetings, demos, negotiation and closing
  • Engage in consultative dialogue to identify prospect's priority objectives, challenges, and strategic imperatives
  • Research accounts, identify key stakeholders and generate interest in CRI offerings utilizing ZoomInfo customer intelligence application and other research vehicles
  • Collect and nurture leads and build client relationships using HubSpot Marketing and Sales CRM
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Work closely with Cybersecurity and ServiceNow Leadership to develop solutions / SOWs
  • Team with CRI Sales Executives to build solid pipeline and close deals
  • Maintain all research, call, and data in HubSpot CRM
  • Participate in the social strategy currently in place with CRI sales and marketing teams
  • Attend trade shows/events virtually and in-person as needed
  • Work with Sales Manager creating reports for Sales Meetings and Quarterly Business Review
  • Potential Administration of CRM and Customer Intelligence tools
  • Maintain current level ServiceNow Sales Accreditation
