As a Field Manager - Home Exteriors, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with homeowners in the Charlotte NC area to help them transform their homes with our high-quality exterior products. You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting consultations, and closing sales to help homeowners achieve their home improvement goals. If you are a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, we would love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels to build a strong pipeline of potential customers
  • Conduct consultations with homeowners to understand their needs and recommend the best exterior products
  • Negotiate and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively educate customers

Qualifications:

  • Prior sales experience in home exteriors or a related field preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a competitive market
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
