Who We Need
The Senior Key Account Manager leads the growth of a key portfolio and is responsible for implementing and enforcing Mifroma’s focus strategy with our main partner, ensuring that sales targets are met, and driving overall success in critical sales development activities. 

Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with our distributor to optimize growth and improve business performance through an adaptable development plan.
  • Build connections with new and existing customers, incorporating them into our distributor portfolio to increase market reach and revenue.
  • Support and guide distributor sales teams in effectively presenting corporate values and products to potential clients.
  • Actively participate in trade show and industry events to represent the company, increase brand recognition, and seek new prospects.
  • Help develop our product line by obtaining market insights, understanding client needs, and collaborating with internal departments to customize items to market expectations.
  • Maximize firm profitability through customer acquisition and product mix optimization.
  • Additional duties as needed.

Competencies
  • Technical Capacity- Must be proficient with CRM software for customer data management and MS Office (MS Excel and Spreadsheet in particular), and all other job-related software and systems including proprietary company systems.
  • Job Autonomy – Must prioritize tasks effectively and make decisions within established guidelines. Must meet sales objectives with minimal supervision from a manager or an experienced colleague.

Must understand and effectively communicate in the English language at the necessary level to safely and competently perform all job duties.

  • Accuracy - Must be able to provide and maintain accurate reports and records consistently; attention to detail is much needed to minimize errors and quality assurance to identify and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Organization- Must be organized for effective time management and use of resources;
  • Learning Orientation - Must have a willingness and desire to continuously learn and improve professionally; Must stay up-to-date on the latest changes in policies and procedures.
  • Adaptability-Flexibility - Must be able and willing to “wear many hats” to embrace change and adapt to changing business needs as the company grows. Must be able and willing to work overtime as needed.

Work Environment
This job operates in a home office and onsite office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, headsets, copy machines, and phones.
Physical Demands
This role has few physical demands. The job holder should be able to perform work via a personal computer or company-issued laptop to securely access company-required applications, email customers, etc.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and the typical hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm USA time, with an hour lunch from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm. Weekend work and work outside of these core hours may also be required. The employee will be required to work one day a week at the Stamford office.

Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Proven track record of success in key account management
  • Demonstrates strong sales and marketing skills, including developing and implementing effective plans for business growth
  • Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and maintain relationships with important stakeholders at all levels.
  • Effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to integrate insights into effective plans.
  • Willingness to travel when necessary.
