Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Logistics Account Executive at Reibus is a pivotal role responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and cultivating client relationships within the logistics sector. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can assess client needs, manage a full sales pipeline, and deliver tailored logistics solutions. Success in this role is measured by the ability to exceed sales goals, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of our logistics team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing potential client needs and following a defined selling process.
  • Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage full sales cycle pipeline, from identification of prospects to the first load.
  • Negotiate contracts with prospective clients. Help determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities, in coordination with account management team.
  • Prepare concise and accurate business reports, proposals, and other required documentation for executive-level presentations.
  • Prepare for and participate in regular customer business reviews in coordination with logistics account management team.
  • Embody Reibus values and build trust with our customer network and carrier partners ensuring that we uphold our commitment to service to them.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND & SKILLS
  • 3-5 years in Logistics Sales Preferred.
  • Open Deck Freight Experience Preferred
  • Self-motivated individual with proven issue resolution skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Competitive spirit that drives you to be the best.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
