Evolver is looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Manager that can manage IT infrastructure, including supporting core tools, primarily managed in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT infrastructure, including supporting core tools primarily managed in the AWS cloud environment.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of IT infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with various teams to support infrastructure needs.
  • Oversee infrastructure projects, including upgrades and migrations.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
  • Experience with AWS and other cloud environments.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components including networks, servers, and storage.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Top Secret with ability to obtain SCI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 11+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
  • SME with AWS and other cloud environments
  • Cloud certifications - specifically AWS
  • TS/SCI
