About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Infrastructure and Quantitative Support Specialist to join our team at IDB Invest. As a key member of our Treasury Division, you will play a critical role in the implementation of Treasury infrastructure and processes, primarily those related to Derivatives, Asset Liability Management, and Funds Transfer Pricing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed implementation roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines to ensure the successful execution of Treasury initiatives.
  • Manage project milestones and produce periodic progress reports to track the progress of initiatives.
  • Support the different Treasury units with the infrastructure transition processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Coordinate efforts with other relevant stakeholders, including technology, risk management, treasury operations, accounting, and valuations, to ensure project milestones and objectives are timely met.
  • Support Treasury fixed income modeling, valuation, and reporting activities, especially those related to IRS and XCCY OTC derivatives.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's degree (or equivalent advanced degree) in Finance, Risk Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or other fields relevant to the responsibilities of the role. Relevant certifications like PMP, FRM, or CQF are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 7 years of meaningful experience in Asset Liability Management, Treasury Middle Office and Valuations, Treasury technology infrastructure, and other related roles.
