Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:

    • Supervise and guide the reservations and guest services team.

  • Reservations Management:

    • Manage the reservations process to maximize occupancy and revenue.
    • Build and maintain relationships with travel agents and booking platforms.

  • Guest Services:

    • Ensure a smooth and personalized guest experience from booking to departure.
