Job Summary

Southern Holiday Homes is seeking a seasoned hospitality professional to lead our reservations and guest services team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide the reservations and guest services team, providing training, support, and development opportunities for staff.
  • Reservations Management: Manage the reservations process to maximize occupancy and revenue, building and maintaining relationships with travel agents and booking platforms.
  • Guest Services: Ensure a smooth and personalized guest experience from booking to departure, addressing and resolving guest issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Operational Coordination: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and property management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure effectively.
