This is position is based in-office at our Bend, Oregon headquarters.
Job Description- Actively manage the current portfolio of active/inactive products and have accountability for portfolio rationalization and status change recommendations for Suterra products.
- Maintain, optimize, and continue to improve global databases of product specifications, and project management planning, tracking, and reporting.
- Manage idea inflow in order to draft and escalate new product, market, and geographic expansion opportunities to the leadership team.
- Engage functional experts to bring their expertise and insight to decisions on feasibility and timelines.
- Take active personal ownership of projects when required.
- Administer oversight and course corrections throughout each phase of product development.
- Assess and analyze current processes, recommend process improvements, and implement and track effectiveness.
The Product Coordinator will possess a minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience, and/or exceptional academic credentials that demonstrate:
- Great interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills to create buy-in with cross-functional teams
- Ability to span from tactical to strategic thinking in a sometimes-ambiguous environment
- Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and with minimal supervision
