Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the packaging process, ensuring that products meet our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of packaging operators, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all packaging operations are conducted in accordance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods, to ensure that production needs are met.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of packaging equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order and meets safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Production Knowledge: Prior experience in a leadership role in a brewery or other food/beverage pack line is highly preferred.
  • Quality Assurance: Prior experience with brewery quality assurance and quality control plans is highly preferred.
  • Communication Skills: High level communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and solve problems effectively.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is preferred.
Working Conditions
  • Full-Time: This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Shift Work: The position requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including afternoons, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Production Environment: The position requires working in a noisy and active production environment.
