Job Summary

Pioneer Metal Finishing Jobs is seeking a skilled Production Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating customer requirements, managing production schedules, and ensuring seamless execution of our metal finishing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate customer needs and plant capabilities.
  • Estimate material, equipment, and labor requirements for production.
  • Coordinate production operations to meet scheduling deadlines.
  • Recommending solutions to reduce production costs and improve processes.
  • Manage purchasing functions, including creating purchase orders and overseeing office supplies.
  • Provide backup and training for customer care roles, including order entry, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
  • Perform miscellaneous job duties and projects as needed.
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in an office environment.
  • Experience with ERP systems preferred.
  • Previous experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
