Pay Rate: $23 - $25 / Hour

Job Responsibilities:

· AP processing for up to 200 invoices per week

· AR experience in creating invoices, following up on past due invoices, and assist with account reconciliations

· Assist with year-end 1099 reconciliations and processing

· Process both vendor invoices and expense reports

· Weekly check runs

· Handle cash reconciliations, cash application, and post cash

· Code payable transactions with proper GL accounts

· Answer internal and external inquiries


Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required

· 2+ years of experience with AP & AR

· Excel & ERP experience

· Excellent communication

· Commutable to Rockville, MD
