In this role, you will play a key part in driving our company's growth strategy through identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives, partnerships, and investment opportunities. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to assess market trends, identify potential growth areas, and develop actionable plans to capitalize on opportunities that align with our corporate objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential partnership opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships, through financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Develop business cases and investment memos to present to senior management and stakeholders, outlining the strategic rationale, financial impact, and risks associated with proposed initiatives.
  • Lead or support deal negotiations, structuring, and execution, working closely with legal, finance, and other relevant teams to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage post-deal integration activities and monitor performance of strategic investments to drive value creation and maximize return on investment.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including venture capital firms, startups, industry partners, and other strategic collaborators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or management consulting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and identify innovative growth opportunities.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and driving cross-functional collaboration.
