Are you experienced with construction and heavy-duty off-road equipment, diesel engines, or air filtration systems?


We are seeking a Product Manager that leads strategic and tactical efforts to drive sales growth, enhance market share, and achieve profitability. Responsibilities include overseeing sales activities, market strategy development, new product introduction, and sales target attainment while focusing on customer satisfaction and financial performance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Develop and Implement Growth Strategies:

· Develops and implements growth strategies and manages resources effectively.

· Sets sales objectives, forecasts sales quotes, and projects sales volumes and profits for existing and new products.


Market Analysis and Research:

· Gathers and analyzes market intelligence.

· Conducts detailed market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape changes.

· Monitors market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.


Sales Tracking and Reporting:

· Tracks and reports monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results.

· Prepares presentations outlining current and future sales strategies.

· Owns performance metrics and ensures goals are consistently met.

· Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling prices


Marketing and Customer Engagement:

· Provides marketing expertise and supports marketing initiatives.

· Builds strong customer relationships through regular engagement.

· Ensures customer experiences meet defined quality standards.

· Gathers and incorporates customer feedback into product improvements and strategy adjustments.

· Ensures all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives, and are an effective expenditure of resources.


Technical Support and Improvement:

· Provides technical support for product selection and application.

· Identifies sales trends and implements improvements to enhance performance

· Promotes and operates within a continuous improvement framework.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:

· Collaborates with other departments (e.g., R&D, Engineering, Operations) to align sales strategies with product development and operational capabilities.


Training and Professional Development:

· Pursues ongoing education for professional development.

· Provides training and support to the sales team on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.


· Performs other duties as assigned.



Requirements:


TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Regular travel (domestic and international) is required.


GENERAL SKILLS

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships internally and externally.

· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

· Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.

· Ability to adapt strategies and tactics based on changing market conditions and organizational priorities.


EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

· 5+ years of Sales management experience required.

· Demonstrated success in OEM and distributor sales.

· Previous international sales experience preferred.


QUALIFICATIONS

· Self-motivated with strong prioritization and execution skills.

· Effective problem-solving abilities and professionalism under pressure.

· Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.

· Results-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.


CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

· Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Product Management Certification) a plus.
