What do we do?
We help experienced talent regain employment. Our recruiting, training, and staffing process ensures effective strategy, efficient planning, and timely execution. We specialize in top-quality direct-hire, temp-to-hire, and strategy consulting services virtually and on-site. 3TG specializes in business operations positions from entry-level to upper-level management in various industries.
Key Responsibilities Property Assessment: Conduct thorough onsite evaluations of residential and commercial properties, including measurements and photographic documentation, to assess value accurately. Data Collection and Analysis: Utilize iPads and Mobile Assessor software to record and analyze property data in the field, ensuring completeness and accuracy of appraisal records. Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with property owners and the public, providing clear identification upon request, to explain the appraisal process and address concerns professionally.
Equipment and Transportation: Provide personal transportation, clearly marked with the Company's name, for travel between appraisal sites. Responsible for maintaining and utilizing all necessary tools and technology for effective fieldwork.
Compliance and Reporting: Adhere to all guidelines and regulations set forth by the Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Board (GREAB) and local authorities, including registration and good standing with GREAB.
Requirements Certification and Licensure: Must be registered and in good standing with the Georgia Real Estate Appraiser Board (GREAB).
Transportation: Must provide own transportation, with vehicles clearly marked with the Company's name. Identification: Ability to present identification to property owners and stakeholders as required.
Equipment: Must provide all necessary tools and technology (excluding iPads and specific software provided by the county) to perform appraisal duties effectively.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with property owners and stakeholders.
