The Buyer Agent is an individual who is highly sociable, draws energy from working with others, and is optimistic and outgoing. They have a strong sense of urgency but not at the expense of quality. They demonstrate daily the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent will provide showing assistance to the team lead, prospect for leads daily, close those leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct a high-level fiduciary needs analysis.

The Buyer Agent also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending courses and practicing scripts and dialogues. They are committed to a team-based work environment.

Compensation:

$75,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
  • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget
  • Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home
  • Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers
  • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market
Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid Real Estate License
  • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
