Automotive Product Specialist
In 1925 Johnson Motors Sales was founded with the basic principle of taking care of each and every customer. Joye Johnson, for whom the dealership is named after, taught us this principle which has stayed key to our success for almost 100 years.
Today we are a 4th generation owned dealership that started with Curt Anderson in 1950. Curt first started working for Joye as a technician and eventually became the General Manager after holding numerous positions. In 1983, Curt purchased the dealership, and it has been run by the Anderson Family ever since. Since that time, we have grown into 4 dealerships that reach Northwestern Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Our goals still to this day continue to focus on what Joye and Curt taught us. Curt has said it best that "It's your present customers that give you your future ones".
OUR VISION AND OPERATING PRINCIPLES
Our vision and operating principles are guided by our commitment to exceptional service and our customer’s complete satisfaction. Our future will be defined by our faith in and commitment to our vision and operating principles. We feel there is no future for Johnson Motors if we do not respond to our customer needs quickly and professionally.
We routinely seek customer suggestions and use that information to modify our services. We believe there is a direct relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Simply put…we must create satisfied customers who then become loyal customers who want to return to us. We must welcome the constant changes that affect our work environment. We change to improve our customer relationships, our profitability, and most importantly, to survive. Our Products and Services: by providing quality vehicles and services we maintain our customers’ satisfaction.
Our Reputation: we are proudly known for our ability to serve the needs of our customers.
Our Profitability: our goal is to consistently provide a superior return on investment for our customers by continually improving upon our services.
