OVERVIEW
Work with Eva-Last Insides sales, Carriers and 3PLS to ensure orders are placed, pulled and shipped according to our ecommerce partner’s specifications. Troubleshoot all shipping issues with carriers and 3PLs. Coordinate returns to 3PL’s. Overall responsibility for proper execution of ecommerce orders
Logistics
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including transportation and logistics processes.
Liaise with carriers, 3PLs, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipment of goods.
Track shipments and communicate delivery status to relevant stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ecommerce orders.
Utilize logistics software and systems to manage, track, and analyze ecommerce logistics operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve Ecommerce Partners experience as well as the consumers experience
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in logistics and transportation.
Other areas assigned.
Additionally, the Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day Logistics by providing front-line support to employees, managers, vendors, and Partners. The Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator will provide responsive service and timely resolution on daily requests including but not limited to all transportation and logistics questions.
The ideal candidate for this role possesses strong knowledge of ecommerce logistics, trucking, warehousing has a demonstrated track record of exercising good judgment and discretion and enjoys working in a high-growth environment where they will be wearing multiple hats.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Book, track and resolve all ecommerce orders.
- Manage ecommerce returns.
- Develop strong working relationships with Customers, 3PLs, and freight companies.
- Prior experience in e-commerce shipping and logistics
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in using shipping software and systems
- Knowledge of shipping regulations and requirements
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Logistics
- Serves as the primary liaison with 3PLs, Freight companies, Customers with Ecommerce orders.
- Coordinate all Transportation and logistics for Trucking
- Investigate and resolve Inventory, trucking, and order issues.
- Work closely with Sales Team on all Customer issues to resolution.

Education/Experience/Additional Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics preferred.
- 3+ Years experience with Ecommerce logistics.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce Logistics
- Working knowledge of all USA laws and regulations for Domestic Transportation.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Always exhibits professionalism both in-person and virtually.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, WMS systems.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with competing and changing priorities.
