POSITION SUMMARY

The Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with internal sales teams, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure that orders are processed, fulfilled, and dispatched in accordance with our ecommerce partners' requirements. This role will also involve troubleshooting shipping challenges and managing returns effectively.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate supply chain operations, including logistics and transportation activities.
  • Act as a liaison between carriers, 3PLs, and internal departments to guarantee timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Monitor shipment progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to ecommerce orders.
  • Utilize logistics management software to track and analyze ecommerce logistics operations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance the experience of ecommerce partners and consumers alike.
  • Ensure adherence to logistics and transportation regulations and standards.
  • Handle additional responsibilities as assigned.

DAILY OPERATIONS

The Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator will also provide frontline support to employees, managers, vendors, and partners, ensuring responsive service and timely resolutions for daily inquiries related to transportation and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in ecommerce logistics.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce logistics processes.
  • Familiarity with domestic transportation laws and regulations in the USA.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and logistics management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
