The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Accounting, handling month-end closes, preparing journal entries for TV/Film & Media divisions, and proficiency in Ultimates.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end closing processes efficiently and accurately.
  • Calculate and prepare journal entries for various divisions within TV, film, and media.
  • Maintain proper support and reconciliations for financial accounts.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reporting packs for financial statements.
  • Assist in the annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting processes.
  • Generate ad-hoc reports as required by senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, within the TV/Film/ Media and entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in Ultimates accounting software is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
