- Success means consistently meeting sales targets, contributing to company's growth, and potential leadership opportunities.
- Fully remote position, allowing flexibility in managing pipeline and achieving goals.
- Responsibilities include learning selling methodology and customers, utilizing technology to track sales, adhering to sales process, taking sales calls, sending proposals, attending weekly meetings, learning customer strategies, documenting interactions and tracking sales pipeline.
- Expected results include maintaining a close rate of 20% of pitches, properly moving prospects in sales pipeline, accurately reporting sales stats, remaining versed in latest product offerings, and documenting all interactions.
- Tools used include HubSpot, Google Suite, LinkedIn, Zoom.
- Ability to work in a hybrid-selling environment, using both direct and indirect approaches.
- Need to be self-reliant, innovative, adaptable, decisive, detail and results-oriented.
- Energy, drive, commitment to success, passion, ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team, and strong communication skills required.
- Must be able to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently.
- Requirements include ability to adapt to changes quickly, experience with HubSpot, ClickUp and B to B sales, excellent internal and external communication, exceptional time management skills, open to learning new processes in sales, and being well organized.
- Job is fully remote, full-time with benefits including 401(k), dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, and professional development assistance.
- Work schedule is an 8-hour shift from Monday to Friday in EST Timezone.
- Education requirement: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience requirement: 3+ years as an Account Executive and in Sales.
- Work location: Remote.
