We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Representative to join our team at JESCO. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, trade evaluations, and price calculations to meet customer requirements.
  • Write bid specifications and generate customer quotations to secure sales.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales performance in our CRM system.
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes.
Performance Metrics
  • New and used equipment sales revenue.
  • Rental revenue.
  • Gross profit margin achieved.
  • Market share.
  • Number of new accounts acquired.
  • Call frequency and sales reporting accuracy.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven outside sales experience in the construction or industrial equipment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and/or industrial equipment operation and applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to operate, demonstrate, and climb equipment to sell to customers.
  • Physical ability to evaluate equipment for trade, including climbing and operating equipment.
  • Ability to drive a vehicle and cover assigned territories.
  • Valid driver's license and meeting JESCO's outside insurance underwriting requirements.
