Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable Logistics Coordinator to be responsible for organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods. The goal is to ensure items/orders are shipped to their appropriate destinations to certify sustainability and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities/Duties:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
  • Select carriers for transportation and negotiate rates and contracts with carriers
  • Keep up-to-date on shipping carriers, routes and rates and any changes to them
  • Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Proven working experience as a Logistics Manager, 2 yrs. minimum
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Proficient in standard logistics software
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Location: Lakewood, NJ (Required)
