  • Manage project status and coordinate updates for regular project status reports across deployment sites.
  • Track budgets related to contracts with external partners.
  • Facilitate deployment communications and manage risks and issues.
  • Calculate project metrics, including costs, anticipated benefits, and estimated completion timelines.
  • Support the development of project presentations requiring collaboration among various stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure the completion of deliverables for each project phase from all deployment sites.
  • Document roles and responsibilities for project teams as phases progress.
  • Collaborate with multiple functional areas to enhance project tracking and reporting.
Essential Competencies:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAP system implementation methodologies and tasks associated with each project phase.
  • In-depth understanding of SAP S/4 and its functionalities.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project, SmartSheet, and Azure DevOps.
  • Ability to communicate project status effectively, providing a clear picture of workstream progress.
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and coordinating with management and stakeholders.
  • Strong emphasis on follow-up and documentation of outcomes.
  • Trusted advisor to the project team.
  • Capacity to navigate complex project tasks and drive them to completion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, adept at time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure in ambiguous situations.
  • Independent thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities, adaptable to changing schedules and multiple work plans.
