General Summary

The Manager - Outreach and Business Development is responsible for collaborating, creating, coordinating, and implementing the Outreach & Marketing strategy. The Manager - Outreach and Business Development will collaborate with the Operations and Clinical leaders on community outreach meetings and events. The Manager - Outreach and Business Development is also responsible for tracking and maintaining timely and accurate outreach and budgetary data.

Salary: $65K-$75K Annually Based on Experience

Job Description
• Execution of the overall outreach and business development strategy based on the goals/objectives of the company, in conjunction with the executive and Sr. leadership teams
• Creating brand awareness and driving community engagement to increase overall client enrollment in current and future markets
• Leading, managing, and supporting all outreach/marketing initiatives for the company. Functions include, but are not limited to, outreach to doctors, hospitals, businesses, village chambers, and other organizations
• Identify, hire and manage all interns to facilitate department and company goals and objectives.
• Management of all 3rd party vendors and outsourced initiatives.
• Responsible for collaboration with VP of Marketing and Marketing Manager on the creation of company collateral/materials for outreach/business development programs and initiatives
• Management of referral program, which includes program scheduling, management, reporting, and gifts/incentives.
• Collaborate/create social media content and advertising
• Creation and management of new business development initiatives.
• Responsible for ordering and managing inventory of all marketing and promotional items
• Ownership of marketing events and trade shows to drive brand awareness and community engagement.
• Assist with website development and maintenance
• Assist with corporate/client communications, announcements, newsletters, etc.
• Collaboration and partnership with leadership team members to carry out companywide goals and initiatives.
• Support Implementation and Family Focus events as needed.
• Producing, analyzing, and reporting metrics that can demonstrate the effectiveness of the outreach and business development strategy.
• Overall management of annual marketing/business development budget.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• Two years of Business Development or Marketing experience required
• Must possess strong communications (verbal/written) and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to consistently meet, achieve, or exceed goals and objectives
• Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors
• Comfortable working in various locations and environments

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work as a team member
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines

• Ability to think critically and make competent leadership decisions
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel and Outlook
