Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Artful Communication: Skillfully compose engaging emails to captivate and inspire our clients, setting the stage for their luxury travel experiences.

  • Immersive Exploration: Dive into research to uncover the most enchanting destinations, culinary delights, and captivating activities to enhance our clients' journeys.

  • Supplier Relations: Correspond with suppliers to coordinate meticulously curated travel arrangements, ensuring excellence in every detail.

  • Document Perfection: Create and maintain up-to-date client travel documents and invoices, providing a seamless and organized experience.

  • Optimized Travel Arrangements: Complete travel arrangements for clients, securing the best possible rates with preferred vendors for air, hotel, car, and ground transportation.

  • Team Collaboration: Be a proactive team player, assisting in various functions related to servicing the travel needs of our staff, including itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and managing travel credits.

Requirements:
