Overnight Inventory

Inventory Personnel

Job Functions:

  • Physically Count – Egg & Supplies
  • Document Inventory on Microsoft Excel & Paperwork
  • Document & Communicate – incoming orders by PO & Location to Management
  • Communicate & Coordinate with Incoming/Outgoing Drivers
  • Communicate with Management any discrepancies or information regarding incoming/outgoing loads/drivers that arrive overnight.
  • Adhere to company rules and regulations.
  • Make safety a priority at all times.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Reliable Transportation – REQUIRED, this position requires travel to each of our Sites here in Gettysburg and candidate must have reliable transportation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook (Email Communication)
  • Read/Write/Understand both Written and Spoken English Directions
  • Ability to work independently – position is overnight with little direct supervision.
  • Candidate MUST be accurate with counts and must be proficient in basic math skills (Adding, Subtracting, Multiplication, and Division).
  • Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. repetitively throughout the workday without assistance
  • Must be able to use ladder with platform (Cannot be afraid of heights)
  • SCHEDULE – MUST WORK 4, 12 HOUR DAYS (WEDNESDAY THRU SATURDAY) – 3:30PM UNTIL 4AM (OVERNIGHT)
  • Candidate will also, Cover other days as needed – typically covering other Inventory Personnel on days they are off (Vacation, Call-Off, etc.)
  • Other Duties as Assigned by Management

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must possess valid Driver’s License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient MATH Skills
  • Proficient Computer Skills (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook Email Communication)
  • Proficient Communication Skills (via – Email/Text/Phone Calls)
  • Required to stand, walk, stoop, bend, crouch, push, pull, lift and climb.
  • The ability to move safely over uneven terrain and confined spaces.
